In 2021, the company was established offering properties valuation and real estate consultancy and brokerage services.

Jassim Al-Hamadi, MBA, PMP
Managing Partner
holds a Business Diploma in Office Administration from the College of North Atlantic along with a BA in Business Logistics and Transport Management from the University of Geenwich-UK. Mr. Alhamadi is a registered real-estate valuator in the Qatari in the Ministry of Justice in Qatar (License no. 186). Moreover, he possess more than 13 years of experience in the real estate brokerage, real estate valuation, and asset management world working in different managerial positions with Barwa Real Estate and Al Waseef Properties while managing several projects and assets within the companies.
Dr. Walid Geagea, DBA, RICS, AMLS, CertIFR
Managing Partner
Holds a DBA in corporate Governance from Toulouse Business School, an MBA in International Commerce, a bachelor’s in business computing, International Certificate in IFRS issued by ACCA in 2020, Cybersecurity certificate from Harvard University in 2021, and AMLS certificate from CGI in 2022 along with a certificate in Property valuation from University of Cape Town (UCT). He is the Managing Partner of PFC Real Estate, the Co-founder of PFC International in Qatar, as well as the General Manager of Tax Services & Audit company. Mr. Geagea possess more than 14 years of experience working with Governmental and complex projects having in his track records more than 2500 feasibility studies and strategic studies executed for projects in Lebanon, Qatar, Australia, KSA, and Oman
Jessica Lustre
Administrative Assistant
Qualified as BS in Accounting Technology in Holy Angel University in Philippines, and BS in Accountancy in Our Lady of Fatima University for one year. She is currently working as as a senior administrative assistant at PFC Real estate, and afinancial advisor at Tax Services and Audit. She handles the recording and analyzing of daily transactions, and weekly sales of the company. Jessica has an experience working in Real Estate, Finance, Construction, and hospitality companies, and brokerage firm where she handles the Customer's tasks and requirements.
